The Item Mall sells items for Gold. Items bought there bind to the character when a level 1–64 character receives them. The mall has eight tabs:

Topping up#
Gold is topped up from the GW Helios store. In the game, press the Top-Up button at the top right of the screen:
- The Top-Up tab lists the store's packages; the Points Store tab what you can buy with website Donation and Event Points.
- Pay in: Game (the default) opens the secure store page inside the game window on PC, or in an in-app sheet on phones. Pay in: Browser opens it in your own web browser instead.
- Whatever you buy arrives in your Prize Chest, usually within a minute of payment; the game tells you when it has arrived.
